Loading and Unloading Process
Formula Adjustment
The amount of water in the formula can be adjusted. For example, liters of water can be subtracted as necessary (e.g., -100, -150 liters).
It must be ensured that the minimum amount of water is maintained.
Dispatch
The formula can be dispatched to optimize the load in the simulator. For example, dispatch 2 cubic meters to speed up the process.
Synchronization
The system performs synchronization every 30 seconds to send data to Loop.
Material Unloading
The system allows starting the unloading of materials once the truck is in position.
The unloading of all motors can be activated, and the weighing of aggregates can be monitored.
Additional Adjustments
During the loading process, more liters of water can be added if necessary (e.g., +20 liters).
Process Monitoring
The Loop status can be checked through the interface, which shows whether it is online (light blue) or offline (gray).
Loading tickets can be printed, and reports on the process can be generated.
Load Configuration
Loading Sequence
The loading sequence can be configured and linked to a specific formula.
Release percentages must be defined for each ingredient (water, additives, etc.).
Manual Adjustments
Operators have permissions to manually adjust loading quantities if necessary.
Motors and belts can be turned on and off manually from the interface.
Technology and Requirements
The system is based on a PLC with a fixed IP within the plant, eliminating the need for specific computers for its operation.
A small software service is used for communication between Loop and the PLC, but no additional installation is required.
Conclusion
Loop with Loop Patch is an efficient tool for managing loads in production plants, allowing real-time adjustments and effective process monitoring. For any questions or inquiries, it is recommended to review the demonstration video or contact technical support.
